It was announced today that Rookie Sam Essen will manage a team for the 2015 season.  Rumors are already circulating that he will sign several top rated rookies.  Sam will look to bring in some youth and speed for his team.  Check back here once free agency starts on March 1st, he will be sure to make some splashy moves.
