I have come up with a new statisctic to fully measure a player's ability to play wiffleball. The stat is John's Combined Statistics or JCS. The formula to figure out JCS is: HR+K=JCS. For example, here are the top 5 players based on JCS.
John Cronin: 116, 4.84/game Joe Cronin: 75, 4.69/game Howard Cronin: 51, 3.00/game Joe Hubly: 33, 3.00/game Sarah Cronin: 18, 1.64/game The second number is JCS per game, which determines the average K's and HR per game. There is an add-on to it. You can add in win-differential you want to. If you add in win-differential, you call it JCS+W. John Cronin's JCS+W is 122. You would subtract points if their win-differential is negative, Howard Cronin's JCS+W would be 50. This twist would give Rose a JCS+W of 17. She has a JCS of 12. Give me an email and tell me what you think. Do you have a stat? Post it in an article like this. Article by John Cronin
